Google reactivates its search-index of 2001 as a 10th anniversary gift and giving you the oportunity to search for 2001 results.
The search-index from their company start wasn't available anymore and the last remaining index of 2001 was used instead.
This news is no direct HDTV-news, but if you search for "HDTV" in the year 2001 you get about 209.000 results for HDTV related topics mainly from US-american sites after 0.01 seconds.
The current counterpart delivers 82.500.000 results after 0.18 seconds.
Even though I am going to repeat myself I am not willing to pay such expensive tickets just to attend a cinema screening anymore, and that's why I had reduced my cinema attandance to a minimum and I hardly buy sweets and candies at the lounge, but I still love to go there and watch a good movie and enjoy this very specific atmosphere.
Same situation last friday (02.01.08), my pal Schneemann and I watched the new monster-movie Cloverfield by director J.J. Abrams in Osnabrücker Cinestar cinema. On December 5th Microsoft released the fall update for its Xbox360 gaming console.
The update does not only change some gaming settings, but has also some new features for its video playback support.
It added support for DivX- and Xvid-Mpeg-4 Videos in AVI-Containers andan extended HD-Streaming. The HD-DVD Player is unchanged. You can find the complete list of changes in here.
