Fatal error: Call to undefined function: mb_convert_encoding() in /var/www/html/elan/PostNuke-0.762/html/modules/pnGallery2/pnuser.php on line 131
I get this error after following the installation instructions meticulously...
What could I be doing wrong?

What version of PHP do you have installed? mb_convert_encoding might not be supported with your current version of PHP.

Try upgrading to the latest release.
